We work on behalf of leading financial investors and wealthy families. We only represent reputable and very experienced investors who are looking for successful long-term growth in a company. No locusts, no gamblers, no bloodsuckers – but good, strong hands and renowned names!
We offer advice for free.
Neither the selling party nor any shareholders will incur any costs. We do not charge daily or monthly lump sums nor will a commission fee be paid by the seller. We are paid exclusively by our clients (the buyers) upon the successful conclusion of the deal.
We find the perfect match.
We have an extremely broad base of clients with a focus on the IT, software, cloud services, technology, industrial and services industries. We enquire about the situation, wishes and ideas of potential sellers thoroughly and only facilitate a deal if we are sure that we can ‘offer’ a suitable buyer. For obvious reasons, we have no interest in wasting anyone’s time including that of our clients.

Our founder Jörg Sperling is a consultant with over 20 years of experience in the venture capital and private equity industry. He was directly involved in almost 50 transactions as an investor, buyer or seller and was also able to successfully solve many succession situations. He has worked in leading roles in the investment industry, including at Ridgewood Capital and Infineon Ventures in Silicon Valley, most recently as Managing Partner at Alpina Partners in Munich.
Jörg Sperling holds a degree in electrical engineering from RWTH Aachen University and worked as a researcher in the field of semiconductors at Technion in Israel and at AT&T Bell Laboratories in the USA. In addition, he has held senior positions in global sales for several semiconductor companies in Europe and the United States.
At home near the Alps, Jörg Sperling is a passionate mountaineer, quite literally living the company’s motto of „reaching new peaks“ in full.
Our research staff are highly trained specialists who have proven their expertise in sales and marketing positions with renowned M&A consultants and transaction service providers. The German SMEs are very familiar to all in the team based on previous activities – and you can certainly feel it (whether it be on the phone or behind the scenes)!
